Part of the fun of being a caterer is knowing that we will not be cooking the same dishes day after day like in a restaurant. Instead, we relish creating new and exciting menus for diverse occasions. And while every event is unique, there are similarities we can use to assist our clients in planning the best menu for any type of affair. There are elegant plated meals, buffets, gourmet tasting menus, and family style sit down meals. Some parties feature only passed hors d’oeuvre, and we are often asked simply to bring the food and set it up. Below is small taste of menus we have offered in the past.
