Senior Sales Manager
Deborah grew up outside of Boston and graduated from UMASS Amherst with a degree in Hospitality Tourism Management. After graduation, her desire for adventure led her to move across the world to South Korea. There she traveled around expanding her mind and palate, slurping her fill of spicy soups, noodles, and enjoying plenty of seafood.
Upon returning to the US, Deborah got a job at the InterContinental Boston, first in Guest Services, and then in the Sales and Catering Department. Her interest in events grew, and she started serving part-time here at Forklift Catering. She always enjoyed the colleagues, liveliness, and food that Forklift put out, so when a full-time position opened up in 2014, she jumped on it!
Bringing creativity and enthusiasm, Deborah loves helping clients put together customized menus that tell their own story through food. When not at her desk, you can often find her sipping coffee in the kitchen chatting food with the chefs.
Deborah lives in Cambridge with her husband, where she enjoys hosting her friends for dinner parties, walking (trying to run) around Fresh Pond, and visiting new restaurants in the area.
Fun fact: Deborah and her brother are obsessed with a well-made niçoise salad and get together once a month for their “monthly niçoise”. Feel free to ask her for tips.
