Josh came on board in 2016 bringing event experience from various NYC venues, caterers and private chefs combining that with Boston back of house experience grounded at Biba, Bentonwood Bakery, and Pignoli. This combination allows him to have a great feel for the flow and timing of an event. He has found a home with a team that cares deeply about local food and everything necessary for their guests to enjoy it fully. His new passion is providing beverages to accompany an event of any size, alcoholic or non.
When Josh is not ordering or doing inventory, you can find him behind the bar at events large and small. If you can’t, he is probably working on his house in Somerville or visiting his wife in NYC.
